Mighty Minta the Mini Mare.  Minta is about 10-12 years old and is a tiny adult miniature horse.  She came from the Stroud KP in Oklahoma in November 2022. She came with Otto the blind mini horse courtesy of Peaceful Pastures Donkey Rescue who graciously picked them up for us. 

Minta came to us pretty underweight.  In fact, the vet did not want to sedate her for her dental work until she gained a little bit when she arrived.  Since her arrival she has gained the weight and is doing really well physically.   She has been vaccinated, had her dental work, been vet checked, had her hooves done.  

Minta's needs are all in her handling.  She needs someone with a firm but loving hand.  She needs consistency and a calm environment.  She also needs someone who has the time and experience to work with her on proper horse manners.
