In our memories and hearts forever

She was a fighter.  We did everything we could do to help her survive.  Our hearts broke when she took her last breath in my daughters arms. She was one of the 8 puppies.

Only 4 of the 8 puppies brought to the rescue survived.  They went too long without food and their body temps were dangerously low on arrival.  One died right after arrival and another within two hours.   Despite all attempts the other two died shortly after.  They were in organ failure by the time they arrived.
